Rental Info

(Note that it might take 1-3 weeks to get a reply, as event requests are handled by a committee that meets twice a month) 

Capacity

Our space is best suited for 15 people or less. Our capacity is around 30 people.
If you expect more than 4 people in the space, we strongly encourage a mask requirement

Private events

• $0-50 per hour, pay what you can.
• Events for building community among marginalized groups are free.

Public events

• Events that are open to the public, especially educational or solidarity events are free (donations encouraged).
• If you have access to institutional or corporate funding, our suggested donation amount is $25-50 per hour.
• We strongly encourage masks requirements at public events. We provide free masks & tests!

Hours available

• We can be open for rental from 10am to 10pm. Until 12am fri-sat night.

Accessibility

• Cyber Love Garden is not wheelchair accessible (yet).
• We are located on the ground floor but there are two mini flights of stairs to get to the studio (5 steps and 4 steps).
• We have free KN95-grade masks & covid testing kits 
at the door.

• We have one large HEPA filter air purifier; and we try to open the windows for airflow, depending on weather.
• One day per week is mask required (Fridays).
• There is one gender neutral bathroom near the entrance.

• Noise levels can be a bit unpredictable. we are on the street level, our walls are very thin, and our loft is directly below a dance studio.
• Service dogs are welcome, just give us a heads up first if possible!
• Contact us for more info about sensory access needs (i.e. noise, lights, scents, movement)

Availability

The calendar below indicates our public events (in green) and expected noise levels from the dance studio upstairs (in yellow). Please consider this when proposing event times ~ Also not every time that appears free here will be available – we keep an internal calendar for members-only & private events, but hopefully this helps a bit! <3
